Adventure is Closing In: Long Island Game Farm – Wildlife Park & Children’s Zoo Announces Spring 2018 Schedule and Opening Day!
The Park Will Open for its 2018 Spring Season April 14
[MANORVILLE, NEW YORK] –– Now entering its 49th Season, the Long Island Game Farm -– Wildlife Park & Children’s Zoo will officially open on Saturday, April 14. During the opening weeks, guests will have the opportunity to learn about the new baby animals, including chicks, bunnies, ducklings, calves and kid goats, and will be able to pet and hand feed the animals once they are born. They will also be able to enjoy the amusement rides, including the carousel and spinning tea cups, and pony rides. Lastly, guests will be able to meet the park’s new 10-month old baby wallaby.
Though some of the park’s Summer animals (giraffe, camels and a few more) are still vacationing in Florida until May, the Spring season is always an especially fun and relaxing time for guests to visit, with cooler weather, smaller crowds and lower prices. In celebration of the season opening, the park is offering a reduced Spring admission price of $14.95+ per child (age 3 to 12), senior (age 62+) or military personnel; and $16.95+ per adult (age 13 to 61). As always, discount coupons will be available online and through the company’s Facebook page.
“We are so excited to start the 2018 season,” says Melinda Novak, Vice President/Co-Owner, Long Island Game Farm. “We always love seeing the children welcome our new baby animals and we look forward to visits from the families, schools and organizations each year.
